How to save on your membership at Pursuit Fitness with HSA/FSA funds

Saving out with Truemed is easy, follow these steps!

Take a 2 minute evaluation survey from Truemed that will be reviewed by a licensed practitioner for $30.

If eligible, Truemed's licensed practitioners will issue you a Letter of Medical Necessity (similar to a doctor writing a prescription). The letter can cover 12 months of reimbursements!

Truemed will send you instructions to obtain reimbursement from your HSA/FSA administrators.

Note from Truemed: If a customer has difficulty submitting a claim for reimbursement, please have them reach out to support@truemed.com and our team will be ready to provide the information that their HSA/FSA administrator is requesting. In the event that Truemed is unable to assist in overturning a claim, the Truemed fee will be refunded.
